Our vegan banana bread recipe is one of our absolute favourites; pair it with yogurt for an indulgent breakfast, or sprinkle on candied walnuts and agave nectar for dessert. It’s the ultimate crowd-pleaser and always gets compliments from our friends.
Made using three ripe bananas and our gluten-free, vegan-friendly baking mix, this recipe is not only super simple but it’s made using only natural, organic ingredients. Vegan banana bread recipe and method

Just add 50g vegetable spread or vegetable oil (or melted unsalted butter) and
3 ripe mashed bananas (the riper the better!)
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a baking tin with some vegetable spread or oil.
- In a large bowl, combine 3 mashed bananas and melted unsalted butter. Vegan: use vegetable spread or vegetable oil.
- Add your banana loaf mix to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 35-40 mins or until a rounded knife inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before eating. Enjoy!
