Just add 50g vegetable spread/vegetable oil or butter and 25g of water.


  1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease with some vegetable oil.
  2. Empty the cookie mix into a large bowl and add the softened butter and water.
  3. Mix well until combined into a smooth and firm dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 12 balls, flatten the balls into discs and place them on the baking tray, about 5cm apart.
  5. Place the tray into the centre of the oven and bake for 12 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before eating. Enjoy!
